Armando Montelongo Companies employees took a break from the office to enjoy a beach party on May 4.
Staff volunteers grilled up a feast of burgers and hot dogs, while employees splashed around in the Rancho Montelongo pool and slid down a huge inflatable water side.
Even Armando himself took time to splash employees and join the fun.

The guys from RMP Investments have posted a video tour and a before-and-after photo montage of one of their latest projects, in La Puente, Calif.
This house, considered an eyesore in the neighborhood, was sold even before the real estate agent could list it on the market.
In the video, our host Mark Perez walks us through the upgrades, which follow Armando’s system. Students on the January Armando Montelongo VIP Bus Tour visited this house to see an example of how to properly rehab a house for flipping:
