You’ve heard the old proverb that money doesn’t buy happiness. But in the Armando Montelongo household and in my courses I teach that if you have wealth, you can make other people happy. The whole point of creating wealth is to help others and give back to the community, serving the greater good.

When You Get Wealthier, So Does Everyone Connected with Your House Flipping

These are just some of the people that you help when flipping houses:

• The owners of the house you purchase by getting them out of a negative situation
• Yourself and your family because it supports you
• The people in the neighborhood by improving a house that is dangerous or an eye sore
• The contractors you hire by providing them with work
• The providers of your materials that you buy from
• The people that you hire to help you run your business
• The local, state, and even national economies
• The students that you could teach because you have gained knowlege and experience

Flipping houses is a great way to help others.

There are some who have made lots of money, but then feel guilty or are made by others to feel guilty because they now have money that others don’t. But you have to look at the bigger picture of “What can I do to help those less fortunate than I?” Certainly you can give your money to a person or a cause, but you can help more people if you flip another house!
