When Armando Montelongo found himself being foreclosed on, his wife and child in two different hospitals at the same time, both very sick, Armando driving back and forth for an hour between the two, and living in his in laws' garage, he realized it was time for a change. Armando started building his business in 2001, and he hasn't stopped. He is the most successful house flipper in the industry. He not only flips, but also holds some properties as rentals.
